By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the artist...

  • Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.

  • Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.

  • Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the Client...

  • May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.

  • MAY print your commission for personal use.

  • May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

  • May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.

  • May requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.

Payments & Refunds:

  • Payment is via Paypal Invoice, cashapp or Ko-fi

  • Commission begins only when payment is received.

  • Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments. If someone pays for your commission via trade/voucher, you must state it in your commission request.

  • REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.

Working Progress:

  • Commissioner will get a quick sketch for approval. Please list everything you want changed before I start working on lineart. As I will not change anything during the lineart phase withouth a small fee.

  • Please also keep aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/ change, please don’t list it.

  • If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.

  • It may take me up to a month to finish the commission. I will let the commissioner know if I feel like it'll take me longer than that.

What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?:

  • Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.

  • Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way. (Commercial usage fee is x2 the price)

Questions & Answers:

What programs do you use?

  • I use Ibispaint and Painttool SAI.

  • For Ibis I use my finger and for SAI I use a Huion PROH610 (I had it for serveral years and it's still working perfectly, I recommend for new artists!)

What are your brushes?

  • For Ibis: Felt Tip Pen (soft), Dip Pen (Hard), Pen (Fade), and other brushes are found on Pinterest.

  • For SAI: Default brush

Do you accept requests / arttrades?

  • I DO NOT accept requests from anyone.

  • Sometimes I'll open arttrades, but not often.

Can I use / repost your art?

  • For commissioned art:Only the commissioner has permission to use this art. You would have to ask the commissioner for permission.

  • Fanarts:Please ask and state exactly what you want to use it for. If I say yes, I require credit or a link back to me.

  • Personal & Noncommissioned art: No, you may not use them. They are either my ocs or someone elses.
